1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made products, final sale items, or gift cards, are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Important Guidelines for Returns:

  • Items must be in perfect condition (clean, undamaged, and free of odors).
  • All returnable products must include the original packaging and product label.

1.1. Non-Returnable Item Mark

Products with sign (non-returnable) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items in the following categories:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

2. Initiating a Return

The return process may only be initiated once the items have been fulfilled. To request a return, please click the Returns button on the homepage. You will be redirected to a third-party application where you can log in using your order information to submit your return request. Please follow the further steps outlined within the application to complete your return request.

2.1 Defective or Incorrect Item Return

If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you can select the appropriate reason for return within the application, including defective or wrong items. We will then provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you return an item for reasons other than damage or defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
