If your country is not listed above, shipping is unfortunately not available at this time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above €65 to the countries listed above.

For orders below €65, standard shipping fees apply depending on the destination country (see table below).

Free shipping promotions (such as subscriber offers) may also apply during special campaigns.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. Please note that delivery times may vary, as we work with multiple brands and ship from different locations.

All orders are shipped from France, the Netherlands, or Germany. Delivery times depend on the brand, shipping origin, and destination country.

Estimated delivery by brand

  • Aulica: 4–8 business days (France)
  • Soeji: 1–3 business days (Germany)
  • Tavellio - Amsterdam: 1–3 business days (Netherlands)

For countries farther from the shipping origin, delivery may take slightly longer.
